Welcome to The Journey!

The mission of our program is to create an environment in youth sports where every athlete can strive to develop the best version of themselves.

Organization Inspiration:

The name Mariners invokes great memories for us because we think of Ken Griffey Jr. and the manner in which he conducted his baseball business daily. We hope to capture and embody that vision and championship mentality. He played the game like a kid, using swagger, grit, and passion. Nobody enjoyed the game more on the field than #TheKid.  We hope all of our players embrace this demeanor.
